- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinagrette Dressing
- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 2 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T. walnuts, toasted

Step 1
Pour dressing over arrots in a large nonstick skillet; stir to coat.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 min. stirring after 5 min. Remove from heat.
Stir in parsley and nuts.
