Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 1 Cup red wine vinegar, or balsamic vinegar, or rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar or honey
Preparation
Step 1
Place meat in GLASS, flat bottomed baking dish, cover thoroughly with marinade, coating both sides of steak thoroughly, cover and refrigerate overnight.
