Ingredients
- 1/2 c Crisco
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 T baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 2 c blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Cream shortening; add sugar and cream well. Add egg and beat. Add flour with baking powder and salt alternately with milk, starting and ending with flour mixture. Stir in blueberries. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. Makes 24 muffins.
