Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Night before: Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Beat butter, sugar and flavorings at high spreed until light and fluffy. Beat 4 minutes on low speed. Beat in flour mixture in fourths, alternating with milk. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries. Fill each prepared muffin cup 2/3 full. Refrigerate overnight.
Next day: Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
