Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. water
- one 10 3/4-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 C. frozen vegetables of your choice
- 1 lb. frozen tater tots
- pepper, to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown ground beef and onion. Add pepper, water and soup. Heat until bubbling. Add vegetables and stir until vegetables are heated through. Pour mixture into a casserole dish, then cover with a layer of tater tots. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the tater tots are crisp.
