Penne Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 crushed chicken bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup of Asiago Cheese
- 1 pound marinated butter garlic chicken breast or plain chicken breast
- sprinkled with sea salt and sweet basil ]
- 1 box of Penne Pasta
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 package of proscuitto
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2-1 teaspoons crushed capers
- 1/2-1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
I buy my chicken breast already marinated at my local butcher shop
I grill my chicken on my inside grill
can cook chicken in skillet with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
to the chicken add sea salt and dried sweet basil just sprinkle on top while
cooking(sea salt if chicken is not marinated) Remember marinades are full of salt so don"t double dip on salt
Cook pasta according to directions on box
Sauce:
Blend in sauce pan
heavy cream, bouillon, garlic powder, sweet basil, chicken broth
simmer and add asiago cheese
in another skillet brown proscuitto, mushrooms,capers, lemon juice and butter until the mushrooms are tender add to the sauce mixture
Plate up pasta with sauce and then top with sliced chicken breast per plate
