Pork Chops with Apple Rings

This is a recipe from the Taste of Home award winning recipe book, 2014. Although I've made similar dishes, I wanted to copy this one because it gave a slightly different twist on a great dish!

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops (1/2 in.)
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 TBS. butter
- 2 med. unpeeled golden delicious apples, cored and cut into 1/2 in. rings.
- 1/4 C diced, dried apricots
- 2 TBS. golden raisins
- 2 TBS. brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle pork chops with celery salt, sage, salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown chops in butter on one side; turn. Top with apple rings. Sprinkle with apricots, raisin and brown sugar. Cover and cook over low heat for 18-22 min. or until meat juices run clear.
