Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground bee2 eggs, beaten1/2 t. salt3/4 c. quick-cooking oats,uncooked1-1/3 c. chili sauce, divided1/2 c. grape jellyOptional: dried parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Combine bee, eggs, salt, oats and 1/3 cup chili sauce. Form intoone-inch balls; place in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake,uncovered, at 400 degrees or 15 to 17 minutes; drain. Combinegrape jelly and remaining chili sauce in a large saucepan; cover andcook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is wellblended. Add meatballs and continue cooking until heated through.Sprinkle with parsley, i desired. Makes 5 dozen.
