Vegetable Side: Baby Bok Choy Stir-Fried

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 4 1/2 tsp. peanut oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound baby bok choy
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and 1/4 tsp. salt. Heat wok over high heat and pour oil down side, coating pan. Add garlic and stir fry 10 seconds. Add bok choy and stir until limp (1-2 minutes). Sitr broth mix, pour into wok and stir for 15 seconds. Cover wok with lid and cook until crisp tender (2-4 minutes). Stir in sesame oil.
