Ingredients

  • 1/2

    lb. feta

  • 1/4

    cup milk

  • 1/4

    cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Minced frsh jalapeno to taste

  • 2-3

    TBS. cream cheese (optional)

Directions

In blender, mix feta with milk until grainy. With blender running, slowly pour in the oil and blend to a thick glossy cream. Stir in jalapeno. If you like less tangy or creamier, add the cream cheese.
