Greek Feta and Olive Oil Dip
Good with vegatables, Pita, grilled bread topped with roasted red pepper
- 1/2 lb. feta
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Minced frsh jalapeno to taste
- 2-3 TBS. cream cheese (optional)
In blender, mix feta with milk until grainy. With blender running, slowly pour in the oil and blend to a thick glossy cream. Stir in jalapeno. If you like less tangy or creamier, add the cream cheese.
