Frosted Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can (8oz.) crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 1 medium banana, sliced, quartered
  • 1 can (11oz.) mandarin orange segments, well-drained
  • 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Add pineapple, banana and mandarin oranges, fold in whipped topping.
2. Fold a 15 inch square sheet parchment paper into fourths. Place Parchment Paper between bottom of a bread tube and lid. Completely fill tube with mixture. Place lid on top. Freeze upright., 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
3. Remove bread tube from freezer. Wrap warm, damp towel around tube for 1-2 minutes to loosen. Slide mixture onto 13x9 cutting board; slice into 16 slices using a serrated bread knife. Serve immediately
