Ingredients
- 16 oz. bow-tie pasta
- 3 avocados, diced
- 12 slices bacon, cooked crispy
- 1 C. fresh basil, chopped
- 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 C. parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package. In a small bowl combine juice from lemon, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Combine avocado, bacon and basil. Pour liquid mixture over and toss with cheese.
