Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, halved
- 1 small (8oz) pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken in broth or water, add celery and onions.
Save liquid.
Take chicken off bone, if necessary
Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix.
Place 1/2 of stuffing mix in buttered baking dish.
Spread chicken over this
Mix sour cream, soup and broth to make a soupy mixture and then spread over chicken.
Top with remaining stuffing mix
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
