Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Coat broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except salmon; mix well.
Place salmon fillets on baking sheet. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of salmon.
Broil salmon for 10 to 12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with fork. Serve immediately.
