  • 2.1 /2 lbs Chicken wings (12-15 wings)
  • 4 tbsp (2oz) - 3/4 cup (6oz) Durkee Red Hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter

Step 1

Pat wings dry. Place on baking sheet and cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and place in container. Combine hot sauce and butter. Pour over wings.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight turning several times.
Before serving, broil wings 3-4 inches from heat for 5-minutes each side.
Turning until brown and crispy.
Brush with any remaining marinade just before serving.
