Ingredients
- 1 pkg crescent rolls
- 2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg ranch salad dressing (dry)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4-1 cup shredded carrots
- 3/4 cup chopped broccoli
- 3/4 cup diced red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Spread rolls in bottom and up sides of greased jellyroll pan. Smooth seams well. Bake at 350 for 10 min. or until golden brown. Mix cream cheese with mayo and dressing. Add cheddar and mix well. Spread on cooled crust. Sprinkle on vegetables. Press lightly into cream cheese. Cove and refrigerate until served. Cut into bars.
