Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pasta
- 3 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 3 Tablespoons chopped basil
- 1 Tablespoon chopped pasley
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Heat oil and saute garlic till golden, being careful not to burn.
3. Add tomatoes and salt; simmer 10-15 minutes
4. Add pasta to skillet, then herbs.
5. Toss pasta and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
