Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 C. flour
  • 2 2 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 2 2 eggs
  • 1 1 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar and salt. Make a well in the center. Add milk, eggs and butter; whisk to combine. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 1 day.
