Blueberry Streusel Cobbler

Ingredients
- For Cobbler:
- 1 pint fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 3/4 cup plus 2 Tblsp butter
- 2 cups Bisquick, divided
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt)
- For Blueberry Sauce:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tblsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pint blueberries

Step 1
For Cobbler:
Combine blueberries, Eagle Brand, and lemon peel. In large bowl cut 3/4 cup butter into 1 1/2 cups Bisquick until crumbly. Add blueberry mixture. Spread in greased 9" square pan. In small bowl combine remaining 1/2 cup Bisquick and sugar. Cut in remaining butter until crumbly. Add nuts if desired. Sprinkle over cobbler. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream and blueberry sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.
For Blueberry Sauce:
In saucepan combine first 4 ingredients. Gradually add water. Cook until thickened. Add blueberries and stir until hot.
