Ingredients
- 4-6 pd turkey breast
- 2 c white wine
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
rinse turkey and pat dry-sprinkle with salt and pepper
put breast side down in slow cookerchop onion coarsely and put some in cavity and some down sides of cookerplace butter in cavity and pour wine over
cook on high one hour and on low for 8 hours
remove and let sit 20 minutes
if desired put in 375 oven to crisp skin
