Ingredients
- 3 (28oz.) cans petite diced tomatoes
- 1-2 cilantro bunches
- 3-4 green onion bunches
- 4 anaheim peppers
- 2-3 jalapeno
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
Roast anaheim peppers and jalapenos. In a food processor or blender combine cilantro, onions, peppers, jalapeno and garliC. Pulse for a few seconds. Add tomatoes and salt. Pulse until desired consistency. Chill for an hour before serving.
