Cocktail meatballs for a crowd

Ingredients

• 4 pds hamburg
• 1 pd pork
• 10 eggs
• 1 1/4 C bread crumbs
• 1 onion diced small
• Sauce
• 20 t soy sauce
• 1/2 t each cinnimon, cloves and nutmeg
• 4 C ketchup
• 15 T brown sugar
• 5 T vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

mix meat, eggs,bread crumbs,onion and salt together
roll into 1 inch balls
brown in a little oil
mix sauce ingredients together and add meatballs to sauce
bake at 350 for 25 minutes
can put in crockpot on low to keep warm for guests
