Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup skim milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Drizzle of honey

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and form into a big cookie shape on a plate. Wrap it up tight with plastic wrap and pop in the fridge overnight. Top with fresh berries before eating.

Customize your own breakfast cookie recipe! You just need about 1/2 cup of something to hold everything together. I used banana, but you could probably use pumpkin, applesauce or other dried fruit in there too! I’d also love to play around with the spices. I’m thinking pumpkin pie spice would be deeeelightful!
