Ingredients
- 3/4 lbs Chilean Sea Bass
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- lemon wedges
- parsley, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. Rinse fish in cold water, pat dry with paper towel. Cut fish into serving portions (2).
2. Combine flour, salt, pepper.
3. Roll fish in the flour mixture.
4. Spray a 8 x 8 inch baking dish with Pam.
5. Place fish in single layer.
6. Combine almonds, butter, lemon juice and lemon peel and pour sauce over the fish.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
8. Sprinkle with the green onion and garnish with lemon wedges, and parsley. Serve
