Buttermilk Picnic Chicken

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 (3-4 lb.) package cut-up chicken
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 T. paprika
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the first 3 ingredients in large zip-top freezer bag. Add chicken and marinate at least 8 hrs, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 350. Remove chicken from marinade. Combine flour, paprika, seasoned salt and pepper in another freezer bag. Add chicken and shake to coat.

Arrange chicken on jelly roll pan lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with butter and bake 1 hour.
