Smoky Chicken Fettuccini

Ingredients
- 8 oz fetuccini, broken in half
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 6 slices bacon
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 c. half and half
- 2 oz provolone cheese, grated
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 T. parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta to al dente, add peas, drain.
Cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces. Cook until crisp, drain on paper towels
Thinly slice garlic. Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper to skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes until tender.
Add pasta, peas, bacon, chicken, half and half, cheese, pepper and salt to skillet; toss well to coat.
Cook and stir over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until sauce is thick and mixture is hot.
Sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately.
