Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

  • Chicken breast cutlets
  • portabello mushrooms/chopped
  • flour (cooked n oven/browned few tbsp)
  • garlic
  • cooking wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mustard



Step 1

rub salt, peper and mustard on chicken cutlets.

Place cutlets in skillet to cook.

In a different skillet, saute mushrooms, garlic, salt, 2/3 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp cooking wine, and water until reaches desired thickness (about 10 minutes).

Pour sauce over cooked cutlets and serve.
