Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- Frozen veggies, optional
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (Cream of Broccoli or Cheddar Cheese!)
- 1 7/8 cups water
- 1 (1oz) package dry onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 350F.
Rinse chicken and pat dry; Chop and arrange chicken pieces on bottom of 13x9 baking dish.
Mix rice, veggies, soup, water and dry onion soup mix together and pour over chicken. Cover and seal TIGHTLY with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-90 mins. Enjoy!
