Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Step 1
Cut frozen banana into 3-4 chunks and peel. Place in blender with yogurt, cinnamon, and honey. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into glass and top with nutmeg.
