  • 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC
  • 1 CAN LOW SALT GOYA BLACK BEANS
  • 3/4 CUP WATER
  • 1 TEASPOON OREGANO
  • 1 PACKAGE SAZON GOYA WITHOUT ANNATTO (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 TABLESPOON WHITE COOKING WINE

Preparation

Step 1

1. HEAT OIL IN MEDIUM SAUCEPAN ,OVER MEDIUM HEAT
2. ADD ONION AND PEPPER AND GARLIC
3. COOK 8 TO 10 MIN
4. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS
5. BRING TO BOIL THEN REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 1O MIN


SERVE OVER BROWN RICE
