Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Pepperidge Farm Cheesman cookies or Nilla wafers
  • 6-8 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 5oz box instant French vanilla pudding
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 oz container Cool Whip or sweetened whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Line bottom of a 9 x 13 with 1 bag cookies and layer bananas on top.
In bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using an electric mixer.
Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk and mix until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until blended.
Pour the pudding over the cookies and bananas and cover with remaining cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
