Ingredients
- 1 lb scallops
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. mushrooms
- 2 cups white sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook scallops in boiling salted water. Saute celery, onions and mushrooms together. Combine with scallops (drained) and white sauce. Combine and put in casserole. Cover with grated cheese.
Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs in casserole and bake until brown. (condensed mushroom soup or frozen condensed shrimp soup may be used in place of the white sauce).
