Red Gravy

Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • 1 Lbs Italian Sausage
  • 2 Cans of Tomatoe Puree
  • 1 Can Tomatoe Paste
  • Water
  • Salt
  • 2 Peppers
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Parsley
  • 1 Tsp. Basil

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pan drizzle olive oil, add garlic and sausage and lightly brown.

Next add the tomatoe puree and tomatoe paste in 5 quart pot.

Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer until done.
