We love this salad! I love the combo of ingredients, and the colors. Joshua likes this salad dressing recipe (somewhat of a creamy Italian) on just about any salad, too. I've never been to Olive Garden and can't vouch for how exact this recipe is, but I've been told that it's pretty close. Regardless, it's delicious and beautiful! :)

I just tried this salad! Excellent. My family loved it.

Are you aware that Olive Garden uses Paul Newman's Family creamy italian dressing? I don't know how it would come out cost wise. for what ur making. Esp. with all the bits of cheese. just a thought.

Wonderful! I love making this salad and dressing. It's SO close to the "real stuff" and not to mention a great deal cheaper too.

Yum! This is my favorite salad without a doubt!

I loved the dressing recipe. It's really good -- if you like Italian or creamy Italian, you'll love it! It was fun (and easy) to make, too. I didn't have a blender, so I just used a whisk on that. The dressing recipe makes about 1 and 1/4 cups of dressing, so we had some leftover dressing for next time. This dressing recipe is my newest favorite homemade salad dressing! Yum!

Joshua and I made this salad and we LOVED it. Joshua isn't normally much of a salad person, but he said it was really good!
