Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups, all-purpose flour, sifted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, well-beaten
- 2 TBLs dark corn syrup
- 3 ripe bananas, will mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1
1. Grease and flour Crock Pot slow cooker. Set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder, slat and baking soda in small bowl; set aside.
2. Cream butter in large bowl with electric mixer at medium-high speed until fluffy. Slowly add sugar, eggs, corn syrup, and mashed bananas. Beat until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Add walnuts and mix well. Pour into Crock Pot slow cooker . Cover and cook on HIGH 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
3. Let cool, then invert bread onto serving platter.
