• Brown sugar
• Soy sauce

• Cheddar
• Egg roll skins
• Velveta
• Brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Blend marinate ingredients together
Cut rib eye and onions into thin strips
Add rib eye, brown sugar, soy, onions and marinate into bag and marinate 4 hours to overnight.

Cook on flat top to rare
Wrap with piece of cheddar
Deep fry and serve with velveta melted
