  • 1 can black beans (drained)
  • 1 can shoe peg corn (drained)
  • 1 can black eyed peas (drained)
  • Approx. 6 green onions - chopped
  • 1 green pepper - diced
  • 4 Roma tomatoes - diced
  • 1/2 bottle Zesty Italian Dressing

Step 1

Mix together & toss with dressing. Let sit in the fridge for a few hours. Serve with Taco Chips. (Scoops work great)
