Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 t. vanilla
- 2 t. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix peanut butter with brown sugar; cream together with electric mixer.
Add eggs one at a time; add vanilla
Using a spoon, add oatmeal, protein powder, baking soda and chocolate chips and mix well.
The mixture will be sticky. Roll into balls and slightly flatten.
Bake at 350 degrees about 11 minutes. They will seam a little undercooked but will firm up while cooling.
