Grandpa's Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces margarine, room temperature (I used butter)
  • 2 ounces of glucose (I used Wilton brand, found at Michael's Craft Store)
  • 10 ounces of cocoa
  • 1/2 pint boiling water
  • 3 1/8 pound powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix margarine, glucose and cocoa very well. Add boiling water and powdered sugar. Mix for a very long time. Add vanilla.

Recipe can be halved.
