Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip (16 ounces)
- baked 9" pie shell
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter with sugar.
Melt the chocolate and then cool.
Stir into butter mixture.
Add the eggs, one at a time beating at high speed of electric mixer for 5 minutes after each egg.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into baked, cooled pie shell.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours or freeze.
