A velvety smoothie made with coconut milk, vanilla, almond butter and sweetened with dates!

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 10 small dates
- 1 tsp vanilla paste, (or vanilla extract)
- 2 cups ice
- Sweet Leaf Stevia Vanilla Creme, to taste
- Optional: Vanilla Protein Powder
Preparation
Step 1
1.Add all ingredients except ice to blender. Puree well.
2.Add ice and blend until ice is all crushed and smoothie is well blended and smooth.
3.Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
*Add more or less ice to make the smoothie thinner or thicker consistency.
*Vanilla protein powder would be great to add for a post workout smoothie!
*Add the stevia if the dates or not sweet enough and for more intense vanilla flavor.
