Molasses cookies

Ingredients

• 3 sticks butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 4 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• 1/4 tsp ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together. Roll into small balls and roll in sugar. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake on convection at 325' for 14 minutes. ( or 350' without convection)
