Ingredients
- 3 cans (5 oz. each) albacore, drained and flaked
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 med. tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tea. seafood seasoning
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread, split
- 1/3 lb. sliced pepper jack cheese
- 6 lettuce leaves
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients; spread over bread bottoms.
Layer with cheese and lettuce.
Replace bread tops.
Cut loaf into six slices.
