CHEESEBURGER STEW

Comfort food on a cold winter's day.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. groung beef OR ground turkey
  • 2 lb. potatoes - cut into bite sized cubes
  • 2 carrots - cut into bite sized cubes
  • 1 large onion - cut into bite sized cubes
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • water as needed

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat with the onion (if beef, drain).
Boil potatoes & carrots until just fork tender.
Drain. Add soup to browned meat & stir.
Stir in as much water as needed to produce a little "gravy".
Add in carrots & potatoes.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Stir and serve with tossed salad as a side dish.
