Cook the hamburger with chopped onion till browned and drain. add all the ingredients listed above from the chili powder to the ketchup stirring well after each addition.. mix 1 1/2 cups flour with 1 1/2 cups cold water till smooth and add this to the mixture stirring well..( mix all these ingredients after the browning of the hamburger process on simmer) now add 4-6 cups more water couple cups at a time to get desired consistency. let simmer about an hour to thicken up, ( remember it is ok to be a little thicker for when you freeze and take out to use it will make it a little runnier ) freeze in containers of your size choice
