Flowerpot Cheese Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped and divided
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cheeses, garlic, 1/4 cup parsley, slat and pepper together until smooth; cover and chill at least one hour.

Just before serving, line four new 3 inch flowerpots with plastic wrap and spoon cheese mixture into each, filling to the brim.

Sprinkle with remaining parsley and chives.

Serve with crackers
