Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 4 tbsp. cooking oil
- 4 tbsp. sugar

Step 1
Thinly peel apples, cut in half and remove cores. Place halves, round side up in frying pan in the oil. Cover tightly. Cook on medium for 5 minutes. Add the sugar to each and cook for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve hot.
