Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 (6-oz.) orange roughy fillets (or other firm-fleshed fish)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except fish. Dip fillets in mixture until evenly coated; grill, covered, for 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed red skinned potatoes and steamed baby carrots with petite green peas.
