Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cut up fryer
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soups
  • 1 1/2 can water
  • 1/2 can white wine
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle rice in buttered baking dish. Skin chicken pieces and place on top of the rice. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top of chicken. Combine mushroom soup, water, wine and parsley and pour mixture over the top. Bake covered at 300 for 2 hours.
