No Fuss Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 large reynolds hot bag
  • 3 to 3 1/2 pound boneless beef chuck roast
  • 2 cups peeled baby carrots
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 cup spicy vegetable juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven/grill to 450. Place roast in bag. Arrange vegetables around roast. Combine vegetable juice, water, onion soup mix, flour, and pepper. Pour over vegetables. Seal bag. Grill 1 1/2 hours in covered grill or bake 2- 2 1/2 hours in oven.
